BREAKING NEWS: Two WWE personalities leaving!
Ric Flair has officially parted ways with World Wrestling Entertainment. Mick Foley's contract is set to expire soon. Unless he re-signs, SummerSlam will likely be his last date with the company.
Ric Flair is gone! That is so freakin cool. I've wanted him to retire for at least 10 years now...or at least not prance around the ring in speedos. Yuck.
I've been a writer for nine years and a wrestling fan for over two decades. I previously wrote a wrestling column for the Web site 411mania.com. I auditioned for WrestleCrap.com as well, but was ultimately rejected. You know, when you aren't considered good enough for a site with "crap" in the title, it's probably time to hang up your pen. My limited experience in the actual wrestling business includes advertising for the Buffalo Wrestling Federation, and an attempt to promote my own wrestling show. I'll be posting more information about all of this in my blog in the coming weeks, so I hope you'll all come back to read about it.
